Non-commissioned artwork:

To be eligible for a return, artwork must be in its original condition, undamaged, and with all accompanying documentation and certificates.

 Commissioned artwork:  

Art pieces and/or items that have been specifically ordered, personalized, or tailored to meet the customer's specific requirements and preferences are considered custom orders. Custom orders are ineligible for refunds or exchanges.

Digital Files: 

Digital files are eligible for returns under the following circumstances:

  • You received the incorrect digital file.
  • The digital file is defective or corrupted, rendering it unusable.
  • You have not downloaded or accessed the digital file.

 

Clothing and accessories: 

To be eligible for a return, clothing items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

 

 How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

a. Contact our customer service team at monicabachue@gmail.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

b. Once you have received your RA number, securely package the clothing items along with a copy of your original invoice and the RA number.

c. Send the package to the address provided by our customer service team.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or a defective product). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.

  Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund.

Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase.

Please allow [14] business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process, and then place a new order for the desired item on our website.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Items not in their original condition or with missing tags and packaging.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
  • Sale or clearance items (unless they are damaged or defective).

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective clothing item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
